Delete your Pack HQ account

You can delete your Pack HQ account yourself at any time, from the website or the app. You don't need the app installed.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to Pack HQ with the email address on your account.
2. Open Account (in the menu for pack leaders, or the Account tab for parents). If you signed up but haven't been added to a pack yet, the option is on the screen you see right after signing in.
3. Choose Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.

If you're the only admin/treasurer for a pack, you'll be asked to make someone else an admin first, so the pack isn't left with nobody who can manage it.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes:

• your login, name, email address, and profile details
• your access to every pack you belonged to
• your notification settings and registered devices

What a pack keeps

Financial records, expenses, and messages you created stay on the pack's books for its own recordkeeping, but are no longer linked to you. Scout and family records belong to the pack. To have those removed, ask your pack leader or contact us.
